I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our home selling experience with Stephenie Barker. We began our journey using the realtor that had previously sold us our house. Unfortunately, that agent did little more than take pictures and put us in MLS. Over the next 6 months we had lackluster showing activity and the house did not sell. At the end of our contract, I decided to select the Barker Parker Team. I received and implemented some great decorator recommendations to help sell our unit. In addition, they used an online marketing program that greatly increased the online traffic and in person showings. Within 6 weeks we sold our unit at a fair a price. We were really lucky to work with Christina, to not only help us find our home after moving to Texas, but our first home. There aren’t enough good things I can say about Stephenie and Christina, AKA the Barker/Parker team. Moving was a last-minute decision for us and for people who don’t usually act on a whim, it was a big deal. We knew this team through a friend and after meeting them knew instantly they were the right folks to help sell our home quickly and buy even quicker.
