We recently sold the house in Carrollton where we lived for over 20 years and bought a new construction house in Josephine (you’ll probably need a map). Stephenie represented us on both transactions and any hiccups that arose were taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. We have bought and sold 9 houses using various realtors in our 45 years of marriage and Stephenie is at the top of the list for her solid advice and knowledge of the ever-changing housing market.

Christina is a miracle worker! In a market with no inventory where bidding wars are common and fierce, she managed to find us our dream home, which we got at a reasonable price. She is attentive and moves quickly. We retained her on a Monday and that Thursday she found us our dream home, which hadn’t even been listed yet. Throughout the process she was our advocate and always available. Even after closing she has continued to provide support, answer questions, and inquire about our welfare.

My realtor Stephenie Barker is the best. She took care of everything for my husband & I. I needed to sell my house and have an estate sale to sell most of my furniture.  She arranged for both. She has resources for a handyman, a cleaning team, estate sale team. She had a roofing company come make minor repairs. I did not know what to do or how to do it. I work full time and did not have time to do these things.  She even helped me pack some kitchen things with a little help from her husband Bill.

I am very grateful for everything she did and the resources she implemented on this project. I could have not done this without her help. Because of this we sold our house for over our asking price.

Where do I even begin! Christina is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the full house buying experience from beginning to end, even with my Type A personality!
