We had a wonderful experience with Stephenie. Her knowledge and experience reduced our stress so we could concentrate on other matters.  We also want to thank her for always being available to answer our questions and concerns or solve issues. Stephenie also researched our septic system so she’d be prepared for any questions other realtors/buyers may have…prepared & professional.  We couldn’t have made the transition from homeowner to seller in a more pleasant manner.
