There aren’t enough good things I can say about Stephenie and Christina, AKA the Barker/Parker team. Moving was a last-minute decision for us and for people who don’t usually act on a whim, it was a big deal. We knew this team through a friend and after meeting them knew instantly they were the right folks to help sell our home quickly and buy even quicker. In a time where the market for sellers was getting cold, we sold our home for full price in under 3 days and when the builder said he wouldn’t budge, he budged! Some of that was putting in the right offers and some was this team going to bat for us. We are now 2 months into our new home and in LOVE!
