My realtor Stephenie Barker is the best. She took care of everything for my husband & I. I needed to sell my house and have an estate sale to sell most of my furniture.  She arranged for both. She has resources for a handyman, a cleaning team, estate sale team. She had a roofing company come make minor repairs. I did not know what to do or how to do it. I work full time and did not have time to do these things.  She even helped me pack some kitchen things with a little help from her husband Bill.

I am very grateful for everything she did and the resources she implemented on this project. I could have not done this without her help. Because of this we sold our house for over our asking price.
