Stephenie was an AMAZING realtor to work with. I am/was a first time home buyer, so the process was extremely overwhelming. However, Stephenie went above and beyond to answer my questions so that I felt more comfortable by the end. I never felt that there was a lack of communication and Stephenie worked extremely hard to get me the house of my dreams at a price that I felt comfortable with. When I was searching for houses, I lived in a different city than where I intended to buy, so I was obviously concerned with what the houses would look like when they aren’t all glamoured up in a picture/virtual tour. I didn’t want to travel every weekend to see 10 different houses only to realize I had no interested in any of them. So instead, Stephenie and I on our first visit went through multiple houses of different architecture, year(s) built, location(s), etc, and she was able to discern what I was looking for. This was very helpful for me because Stephenie was later able to choose which houses I would most likely be interested in, so that when I later came up for house visits, each house became a possibility. My wife was unable to travel for the most part due to work complications, however she was able to effectively communicate with Stephenie as well. I would highly recommend working with Stephenie.
