Christina is AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone who is buying a home. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and from what we have heard the process of buying a home is difficult and stressful. During our search for a home down to signing closing documents I never once felt that way at any moment. Christina made everything easy, she was so helpful, understanding and most importantly honest. Christina helped us find the perfect home for our family. She informed us with so much information and for all of this we are so thankful that she was our realtor.
Stephenie was an AMAZING realtor to work with. I am/was a first time home buyer, so the process was extremely overwhelming. However, Stephenie went above and beyond to answer my questions so that I felt more comfortable by the end. I never felt that there was a lack of communication and Stephenie worked extremely hard to get me the house of my dreams at a price that I felt comfortable with. When I was searching for houses, I lived in a different city than where I intended to buy, so I was obviously concerned with what the houses would look like when they aren’t all glamoured up in a picture/virtual tour. I didn’t want to travel every weekend to see 10 different houses only to realize I had no interested in any of them. So instead, Stephenie and I on our first visit went through multiple houses of different architecture, year(s) built, location(s), etc, and she was able to discern what I was looking for. This was very helpful for me because Stephenie was later able to choose which houses I would most likely be interested in, so that when I later came up for house visits, each house became a possibility. My wife was unable to travel for the most part due to work complications, however she was able to effectively communicate with Stephenie as well. I would highly recommend working with Stephenie.

As you can imagine when you are moving AND looking for a place to live, there is a lot that can go wrong. Fortunately for us, we had the easiest home buying experience thanks to Christina. She gave us clear answers to every question (and there were a lot as first-time buyers), she made us feel like we were the only client she was working, and she went to bat for us more times than just a few. We gave her a difficult job to find us a home within a 20-minute driving radius of the office – meaning hundreds of options to sort through. She helped us narrow it down and ultimately helped us find our home.
